As part of ongoing updates, the Benefitfocus mobile app has undergone several visual and functional changes. My first task was taking our new visual style and applying it to the app.

Along with the product / engineering and design team we came up with a plan to implement the new visual style as well as update page and user flows to enhance the over all UX.​

As we moved into the next phases with UX research and Product owners we began to work thru the research and data in an effort to find a more effective and engaging mobile app experience.
